Designers FAQ

How do I register as a designer?
You can register as a designer by click on Register, click on designers tab and follow the instruction.  Once you fill and submit the registration form, a confirmation email will send to registered email ID.  

How do I receive my product enquiries?
Your product enquires will be sent to your registered email address.

How the customers/visitors will contact me?
You will be having an option to show or hide your contact details inside your store settings. You have right to show or hide your contact details.

How do I deliver order items to customers?
Thefashiondesigners.in is not providing any delivery option presently. The designers are sole responsible to deliver the ordered item/s.

How do I receive my order item amount?

Thefashiondesigners.in, is not responsible of payments. The designers should provide payment modes to customer (cash on delivery, net banking etc).

How do I add new item in my store?

Please download designers guide pdf. It is available inside designer dashboard.
Can I add multiple images of my product?

Please download designers guide pdf. It is available inside designer dashboard.

How many products can be added in my store?

You can add unlimited products at your store.

Who will decide pricing?

Thefashiondesigners.in is providing platform to showcase your product and get enquiries. Its designer’s responsibility to decide pricing, discount, discount coupon etc.
Do I need to pay extra for getting orders?

No. The designer will pay to get membership and there be no hidden charges. The membership is valid for 12months from the date of registration and its renewable.
As a designer am not a paid member do I need to get paid membership?

Yes, You will be having 30days trial period. Upon 30days trial expiration you need to get paid membership else the account will be deactivated.

How long my membership is valid?

Your membership is valid for one year from the date of registration.  
Is my membership amount refundable?

What if I don’t get paid membership or not renew my membership?

New members will get 30days of trial period. If the trial period expired then the designers account will be deactivated automatically unless until get the paid membership.  
For paid members who did not renew their membership will be deactivated unless until renewed.
